I love the start of winter. It’s a new season filled with new opportunities. Stay warm. We’ve got wicked weather heading our way. Then it takes aim at the east coast.

It’s very cold here. We’re keeping an eye on the weather report!

Happy Solstice my friend. Stay warm. You’ve got cold winds coming your way. 🥰

We sure do. 40° wind chill -4° 😳 wow

That’s really cold for you. We will have negative wind chills, the forecasters say. We’re on storm watch and I’m back to writing poetry so my days are happy once again. 🥰 Stay warm, Ruth.

It dropped 20° down to 20° this morning. Some flurries right now.

Yes!! But it brought out some of my birds I haven’t seen!!

Your feeders must be drawing them. Enjoy the birds. We live in what is called “Hawk Nest.” The other day we saw a hawk!

There are hawks around but I think they are gone for now because the crows have been quieter.

We’re headed in the right direction towards spring now, Terri. Wow… you were bombed with snow. We’re still waiting to see if the storm shows up here in Michigan. Merry Christmas to you! ❤️

Luckily the wind chill so far isn’t as acute as predicted! Single digits though, but the sun is out–a win in my book!
