The Carrot Ranch.com March 27 2023, prompt: In 99 words (no more, no less), write a story about something impossibly blue. You can go with the sky or any other object. What impact does the color have on the setting or characters? Does it lead to action or create a pause? Go where the prompt leads! Submit by April 1 (no foolin’) 2022.

The Double Ennead is 99 syllable poetry created for Carrot Ranch. It comprises three stanzas of 33 syllables each, with a syllable count of 6-5-11-6-5, per stanza.

Blue of Throat Chakra

light blue of sky heavens
your throat chakra spins
free communications, expressions of truth
if blocked, we struggle to
speak our truth frankly

Vishuddha energy 
let harmony flow
respect and authenticity will follow
trust your inner voice and
cleanse your throat chakra

peaceful blue energy
positive speech flows
as your throat chakra comes into alignment 
creativity grows...
now, follow your truth
